We liked the hotel and Helen, had 2 excellent days there. The venue was in an absolutely perfect location just next door to the German food places and shops and restaurants and the river. It also was next to all the Helen activities.

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel, well-appointed rooms. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to the shops, restaurants and attractions as well as restaurants. I stayed in the room that was cleaned but was not clean and available with tv. The breakfasts with cinnamon rolls.

This was a beautiful and wonderful property with a nice pool. Comforts of nicely furnished room with patio were fabulous. Hotel's location was particularly good and decent, in main area.

The staff were ready to help this whole time. The location was decent, in the North Georgia hills, the view was stunningly beautiful, too. I came across The Troll Tavern, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots.

Decent personnel is that was on the night shift. Brand-new nicely furnished rooms, they are provided with a beautiful view and the shower and a balcony. The breakfast is good hot with a really cool pancake maker and meats and cinnamon rolls, there’s an option for each taste.

We were in a good and decent location near to restaurants and attractions, Chattahoochee River, and the main activities in town. Had brunch in the Paul's Margarita Deck, located nearby.

The room was a little noisy, we expected better.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition and beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The lobby was sparkling clean and the business center area was very convenient. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and spacious, with plenty of outlets for all my electronic devices. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops in downtown Helen. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which offered a stunning view of the river and mountains. The bed was also very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of hiking. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold choices, freshly made pancakes, and delicious cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helen.

The only minor drawbacks of my stay were the sporadic TV reception, which occasionally froze and scrambled the signal, and the overpowering room deodorizer upon entering. However, the location and the overall quality of the hotel more than made up for these small inconveniences.
